Amy is a fantastic yoga teacher - despite her youth she is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable. Her calm manner and excellent instructions help her students relax and concentrate on their breathing. I feel energised and calm at the end of Amy’s Ashtanga class and enjoy them immensely.

Amy guides you through her yoga classes with clear concise instructions. She is professional and has a great depth of knowledge enabling her to differentiate for varying levels of experience or injuries. Her strong passion for yoga is evident which makes her classes even more enjoyable. Amy concludes with a fantastic relaxation. At the end I always feel relaxed but invigorated. I go to Amy’s classes of Ashtanga at The Edge gym, and she is one of my favourite yoga teachers there. She is good at adjusting the practice based on class experience, going slower and explaining more if it’s mainly beginners and going faster and incorporating more asanas if the class is more experienced. She brings an incredibly calming atmosphere to the class, which I love! I would recommend Amy to anyone who is looking for a nice calm destressing class that also offers a bit of a challenge, so you can push yourself if you feel like it. She is very knowledgeable and explains well the little adjustments in every asana.

Really love Amy’s yoga sessions! Amy runs workshops at our workplace and they’ve been so great for everyone’s wellbeing, particularly after being sat at desks all day! She does a great job of catering to different ability levels and making everyone feel included like they’re 1-1 sessions.
